Very happy with my newly installed Sanden Heat Pump. It's so quiet and energy efficient. I had it programmed to run during the day to utilise my solar panels. My energy usage has reduced by at least 60% without hurting my solar export much at all. Pure Electric was easy to deal with from quotation to installation. Thanks guys.
Solar PV system
We installed a solar PV system through Pure Electric and have been really happy with the whole process. Paul is really knowledgeable and responsive with any questions, the installer and his team were excellent and we are now generating more electricity than we use on most days.
With our savings we are looking at replacing our gas booster hot water with a heat pump to minimise our energy usage overall and do our bit for the environment. Would highly recommend!
Pure electric provided us with the guidance we needed to get our sanden heat pump reset post power outage. In just a few simple steps our Sanden heat pump was reset. My family and I went from being without hot water to enjoying hot showers within fifteen minutes of resetting our heat pump. Being able to access the customer support Pure electric provided us with today (Melbourne cup day) saved us a hefty plummer/electrician call out fee. My family and I have enjoyed our Sanden heat pump for five years. Thanks for your helpful guidance and further info today Paul.

In 2018 Pure Electric installed a Sanden heat pump and followed up to check everything was running well. When the system install was checked, the inspector said it was one of the best and neatest installs he’d seen in a while. When I had a trouble trying to change the timer, Matthew came over promptly to assist. He also arranged for the installation of my solar and I’m one very happy client for both. I purchased a Sanden GAUS-300FQS/GAU-A45HPC hot water heat pump system in September 2021 from Pure Electric. I liaised with Paul Szuster at Pure Electric who was very knowledgeable about the features and operation of this system. After comparing the Sanden unit with competing products I decided that it was the best choice for my needs and the Canberra environment.
The unit was installed in early October and the plumber and electrician did a neat job with the installation. Within three hours the unit was producing hot water and has performed faultlessly to date. I am very pleased with my choice.
Dealing with pure electric was super easy. From first inquiry to installation was a week. Efficient communication and an excellent installation.

I had had a very positive experience of working with Paul some years back. He assisted me to find the best energy company for my needs. I haven't paid an electricity bill since! So when I received an email from my energy company I approached Paul again. I was looking for support around changing solar tariffs, rates, etc because it all seemed a bit confusing. He was prompt, friendly, professional and helpful. Paul has great clear communication and helped make things much clearer and easier to understand. I would definitely recommend his service.
Fantastic support from Pure Electric, as I have battled with a faulty Sanden for a year, after receiving no technical support from Sanden HQ or my retailer - a disgrace for a premium HW system that lasted only 5 years of a claimed 15 year life. Pure Electric have provided oodles of advice to keep it going; then repaired, tested and returned my faulty PCB which was fried by fluctuating supply voltage - apparently a common fault for which Sanden offers no solution other than purchase of a new unit.
