I completed their online enquiry form and had a quick response with detail of what they had available, then a comprehensive quote a few minutes later, then the weekend, with the order finalized on Tuesday and the unit installed on Thursday. The water is wonderfully hot and we have never run outOur gas-boosted solar hot water system was reaching the end of its life, but we want to move off gas completely so I called Matthew at Pure Electric to find out about the Sanden heat pump HWS. They were terrific to deal with from initial quote, scheduling, and on the day of installation. After being used to having hot water on demand due to the instantaneous gas booster, I was a bit worried about a heat pump storage tank running out of hot water.
Would definitely recommend Pure Electric to others!I bought a new Sanden hot water system from these guys, and although I had some initial problems with some of the web based info for the quote etc, Paul was happy to help, and we got it all sorted out. The job happened on the day they said it would, and the install is a work of art!!! Would definitely recommend Pure Electric to others!

Excellent value for money!This is our second purchase and will not be the last one as we are planning to build a new home next year, we have a granddaughter living with us and our water bills been just crazy. In 2019 we've got the first one and through away the one we had from Bunnings 9Litres per minute (maybe 10-12 per minutes in reality) and the experience was just beautiful even with our poor water pressure.
