Our gas-boosted solar hot water system was reaching the end of its life, but we want to move off gas completely so I called Matthew at Pure Electric to find out about the Sanden heat pump HWS. They were terrific to deal with from initial quote, scheduling, and on the day of installation. After being used to having hot water on demand due to the instantaneous gas booster, I was a bit worried about a heat pump storage tank running out of hot water. Now, three weeks later, I can report that the water is wondefully hot and we have never run out.

I bought a new Sanden hot water system from these guys, and although I had some initial problems with some of the web based info for the quote etc, Paul was happy to help, and we got it all sorted out.
The job happend on the day they said it would, and the install is a work of art!!!
