Dealing with pure electric was super easy. From first inquiry to installation was a week. Efficient communication and an excellent installation.

I am delighted with my new heat pump. The hot water comes on immediately at the tap, it also was installed in such a way that it looks very neat etc.

I am most happy about the prospect of reducing my greenhouse gas emissions.

I had had a very positive experience of working with Paul some years back. He assisted me to find the best energy company for my needs. I haven't paid an electricity bill since! So when I received an email from my energy company I approached Paul again. I was looking for support around changing solar tariffs, rates, etc because it all seemed a bit confusing. Fantastic support from Pure Electric, as I have battled with a faulty Sanden for a year, after receiving no technical support from Sanden HQ or my retailer - a disgrace for a premium HW system that lasted only 5 years of a claimed 15 year life. Pure Electric have provided oodles of advice to keep it going; then repaired, tested and returned my faulty PCB which was fried by fluctuating supply voltage - apparently a common fault for which Sanden offers no solution other than purchase of a new unit.

Right from the first phone call to make general enquiries, Matthew has been pleasant and informative. His plumbing and electrical tradesmen were also pleasant and efficient, despite having a difficult site to work in. The result of their work is a very neat system. I would highly recommend this company.

We are very happy with the Daikin Alira supplied and fitted by Pure Electric. It is providing nice clean air, much nicer than the gas ducted heater! Many thanks to Paul!

We have 2 x Sandens installed on our roof providing showers and hot water services to people in 18 commercial office spaces in our building. They were installed in 2015 and have been running beautifully ever since. We have just had Pure Electric out for the 5 year service and they have now installed a reverse flush valve kit which allows us to keep the units running optimally with a simple 2 minute annual purge.

Great system and assistance. Paul helped us out of a pickle. The heat pump water system is great with solar use.

These showerheads should be handed out to every house in the country, and be mandatory on new homes. Super-low flow and the special effect of the spray is so good that I am having quicker showers because it feels so gratifying... if that makes sense. I'm def. saving money on water and on power. I have bought a second unit... Fantastic. They seem expensive but are easily the best payback of any effeciency intervention. Best, Ben

I've just had a Sanden heat pump hot water system installed by pure electric. The whole experience has been very good from initial quote right through to the installation. It's my second Sanden (had one installed at previous house). I used a different installer for the first one. This experience was miles better!
I was given heaps of info about the product (which for me I didn't need, but would be great for those unfamiliar with the Sanden) before and after I accepted the quote. On the day, the plumber was spot on time, polite, neat and did a very good job with good attention to detail, which is vital for a high precision system like Sanden.
There was one extra on top of the original quoted price, but this was a necessary extra electical circuit that needed to be run and this was also flagged as a possible extra cost in the original quote. The plumber checked with me and got my go ahead before doing this small bit of necessary extra work.
Very very happy and highly recommend this company!!

We were experiencing issues with our Sanden heat pump. Called Pure Electric, expecting to book someone to investigate and repair the issue. Instead I had a informative chat with friendly staff who offered some free tips and advice I could do myself which resolved my issue.

The unit has been excellent saving a lot of money over the past 6 years. It's running on off peak overnight as we have a premium Feed in Tariff. The big problem though was we got an E124 error. However it was easily dealt with. Pure Electric gave us the option of paying $550 for a changeover motherboard but also gave us information on what needs to be fixed which is a capacitor ZIG, T1522, PET, 105 degC, 35v, 470uF Low ESR. We were able to get a new one soldered in at our local mobile phone repair shop so it only cost us $100 (I believe the capacitor is worth around $10). Thanks for Pure Electric for sorting this out. I read a lot of comments in these review sites and forums that it is unfixable but Pure Electric has helped fix a lot of them by simply getting the capacitors swapped. Explanation they gave is that Australian grid voltages are too high especially in areas with a lot of solar and the same capacitors are dying because of it. Same thing is happening to many high end german induction cooktops and ovens.
