Installation team were brilliant, on time, efficient, friendly.Needed more information (and would have preferred a hard copy posted to me about the system) instead an attachment to an email.Too much “jargon talk”for me, a first time solar user. Follow up queries seemed to be delayed and a quick phone call, would have been better.But overall a very good company with the interest of the environment at heart.

Perfect in every wayAs a long time subscriber to Renew magazine, I had noticed Pure Electric as a supporter. Thus, when we were looking at installing a Daikin Split system in a Melbourne property we decided to contact the business. I was impressed that I could immediately speak to Mathew and he was able to talk through with me what I felt our needs were and whether in fact the system that we had chosen met our very strict criteria.
