Plus (and this really matters), great after-sales service. When there was a problem with the placement of our Sanden, he rang up and argued our case to get the plumber to move it for free. Also contacted me to remind me about servicing. Can’t ask for more than that.

Very straightforward process. Ordered and paid for the system. Delivered in a couple of days. When ready to connect and install, contacted the supplier. Accredited plumber arranged within 3-4 days, came and connected, and the system was up and running in 2.5 hours.
I had issue with a product someone else provided and these guys helped to solve a problem , genuine help without feeling like a hassle at all even followed up to make sure it worked
Excellent service and advice .. and they listen! A quality install as well. I am super happy with my Daikin US7s. I have a 60 sq m (approx.) living space with a high cathedral ceiling. The 3.5 Kw unit effectively heats this area.

Needed more information (and would have preferred a hard copy posted to me about the system) instead an attachment to an email.
Too much “jargon talk”for me, a first time solar user. Follow up queries seemed to be delayed and a quick phone call, would have been better.
But overall a very good company with the interest of the environment at heart.

As a long time subscriber to Renew magazine, I had noticed Pure Electric as a supporter. Thus, when we were looking at installing a Daikin Split system in a Melbourne property we decided to contact the business. I was impressed that I could immediately speak to Mathew and he was able to talk through with me what I felt our needs were and whether in fact the system that we had chosen met our very strict criteria. I took photos and emailed them to him, he had the drawings back by return email and the fixed price quote, all with hours. The system was installed on the day and at the time arranged. The installer was neat and cleared both inside and out perfectly. Our Certificate of Electricity Safety arrived via email within 24 hours. Perfect in every way. I highly recommend Pure Electric.
Local plumbers had no problems. Service from Paul's end fantastic, always gives time to answer any queries. So far robust, efficient, high quality. Was recc by industry person. Good to know parts & backup service is there.
