Totally recommend Pure Electric for the excellent services they provide.Over December and January 2024, Pure Electric installed a Sanden Eco Hot Water System, 2x Daikin Split Systems and a Rooftop Solar System for me. From my initial phone call to Matt for a solar system, the whole process has been really quick and totally efficient.I then dealt with Tom, who was very helpful in putting together the most efficient plan for me to implement not only the solar system but also the efficient heating and cooling, given that I had infloor slab heating.
Extremely helpfulPure Electric supplied a Sanden hot water system on time. It's worked well in the two years we've used it. It's never run out of hot water (with up to 4 people in the house), it is pretty quiet during operation, and it seems to be very cheap to run.
Highly recommend them!Pure electric were patient and helpful when walking us through the hot water heat pump systems and the rebate process when our gas unit died suddenly right before Christmas last year.
