Very Good So FarWe installed this Sanden system 9 months ago. Matt helped with getting the settings right and now can’t fault it. All I need now is for my power company to get their charging right.

Totally recommend Pure ElectricI bought a Sanden heat pump in 2021 from Pure Electric and have been very happy with the amount of hot water it produces very energy efficiently. Matthew and the team really know their stuff when it comes to heat pumps. They only sell quality products and use experienced plumbers to install them. Totally recommend Pure Electric rather than a plumber who may not have much experience in installing heat pumps.

Very happyBought Sanden Eco Heat Heat Hot Water heater in December 2021. Six months of use mostly on solar, only 400kWh increase in imports. Great service and installation from Pure Electric. Didn’t realise how much gas our old hot water heater used. Use almost no gas now. Very happy.

Great supportWe've had our heat pump water heater for a few years now, but have been a little lazy with the recommended (and quite simple) maintenance schedule of using the pressure release valves. As such, our water heater turned itself off - with Paul to the rescue! A quick phone call led to polite and clear instructions which got everything back on board again. Having someone so accessible and helpful for support is a MAJOR consideration for any significant purchase, and Paul certainly rates 5 stars.

Great Advice on Air ConditionerI had a long discussion with "Paul" of Pure Electric and I was given some excellent advice on how to pick the right split system air conditioning system for my specific circumstances. I contacted Pure Electric with the intention of buying a specific brand & model of air conditioner looking at reliability, energy efficiency and costs in order to make my choice.
