Matthew from Pure Electric provided all the answers to my many detailed questions relating to the installation, dimensions, moving the electrical connect from off peak to day tariffs, thermal lagging and the types of UV resistant material used etc etc. His usual response time was minutes so I couldn't have asked for better customer service. When it came time for installation, the great communication continued and I knew exactly what to expect. The quality of the plumbing and electrical work was great (I am very fussy).
Once the Sanden 315 hot water system was installed, I had to double check it was operating since it was so quiet. The water is perfectly hot and because it was electrically connected to operate when it needs to, I expect we won't be running out of hot water anytime soon.
