What they are saying about us
Pure electric is 100% focus on design and support for your Energy, Solar and Battery system. Matthew consulted on upgrade to ensure each old and new PV panels were monitored for individual performance. and designed to get good all year output. Combined with battery storage our system now easily covers our use, and offers home with seamless switch to battery in case of power failure.
At time in spring when Grid voltage spikes exceeded maximums, they were great help in dealing with grid supplier, leading to retap of local transformer to reduce street voltage.
I would highly recommend Pure Electric in looking at your energy use, generation, storage, and how to best save and help the environment.
No better way to invest for saving, and the future of the planet.
Matthew and Paul from Pure Electric were great to deal with, and provided support through the entire process. The unit (Sanden 300FQS Heat Pump HSW) was easy for our plumber and electrician to install and commission. I would recommend Pure Electric for any of their products.
you don't know how good a company is until you need a warranty claim actioning.
I feel extremely lucky, I went with gut feeling and best price and still won. the horror stories I've heard since about other companies! :O
a great install, strong communication, positive ownership taken of our warranty claim, i didnt speak to the manufacturer, PE just took care of everything!
A joy to deal with. Expect my call when our postcode is eligible for powerwall :)
"Very Happy with my solar and Sanden Heat pump installation, which is saving me significantly each month. Price was fantastic and service extremely efficient. Thank you to the team."
Have had great customer service from Pure Electric. Matthew responded to my email enquiries quickly, thoroughly and promptly, which was very helpful for informing my purchasing decisions (especially for a product that I was unable to find anywhere else to buy).
I choose to purchase from and support businesses that strive to provide ethical and sustainable practices and products. Both of which Pure Electric deliver wholeheartedly. Matthew is super knowledgeable on all matters environmental and has a a real sense of purpose in what he does. Thank you for your service.
It was good to have someone to design the system that listened when I said I wanted a large system. The other quotes I had seemed to all be pushing a standard 6.6kw system that didn't suit my goal of moving to all-electric and making good use of my roof. A bigger system seems to require more time and knowledge from the designer (which is what I got with Pure Electric). I'm very happy with the work.
good communication, great Tradies, very neat installation. Thanks to Paul and all involved.
I bought a Sanden 300l HWS. The quote was the best. Note that Sanden is a premium product and has restricted distributors. The advice I received was valuable. Organisation of local installers - plumber and electrician was immediate. They also provided good advice. I would short list Pure Electric for any solar or HWS product.
Matthew Wright from Pure Electric organised the installation of a Sanden heat pump at very short notice after my gas storage system failed suddenly. The price was really competitive and Matt even threw in a free shower head. I had an issue with the hot water pressure being too low after the installation and Matt promptly came over and helped me sort it out by adjusting a valve. I would happily recommend Pure Electric to my friends and family. Great service and a great price.
Pure Electric, Pure quality My experience of pure electric has been deep knowledge of renewable energy options for the home, sage advice, high integrity and honesty, and committed after sales service. If this keeps up this will be a long and happy relationship. Look forward to coming back for the next step. Marcus
Really Knowledgeable, Really Helpful Have used Pure-Electric three times now: First, Sanden heat pump, several Daikin US7 reverse cycle air conditioners and Methven efficient shower head; next, massive solar installation; third, Tesla battery. Matthew is thoroughly knowledgeable and is willing to explain anything about efficiently using\/generating electricity. I used to have gas cooktop and hot water, then went to solar hot water then to the heat pump to make more room for solar panels. The heat pump is very efficient and a couple of hours at super-off-peak rates gives plenty of hot water.for almost two days (which I found out early on when I incorrectly set the blockout time) I now use power only off-peak.
