Matthew is thoroughly knowledgeable and is willing to explain anything about efficiently using & generating electricity. I used to have gas cooktop and hot water, then went to solar hot water then to the heat pump to make more room for solar panels.
Love it and the companyJust screws on like any other shower rose. Simple 5 minute installation. Contacted Paul and he gave me all information I needed, more than helpful. Being a water saver shower rose it still gives a lovely soft full shower. Love it and the company.

I can thoroughly recommend Pure ElectricWe recently needed to urgently replace a direct gas booster on our solar hot water system due to unacceptable performance of our gas supplier (bottled gas) leaving us with no hot water for days. Pure Electric responded quickly to an initial email and was able to design a system to incorporate the functional part of our solar hot water system with a new Sanden heat pump system so we get the best of our solar investment and retain a significant solar input to our hot water through the year, without the unreliable gas component.

Thank you and would highly recommend.We installed a Sanden heat pump recently and I can not fault the customer service that was provided by Paul from Pure Electric as well as the contractors who completed the install. No pushy sales, if anything I was the more eager one, whilst Paul recommended I think about it over the weekend!! Paul went the extra mile and was able to help me organise a plumber (late on a Friday afternoon) who could hook up emergency hot water over the weekend so we didn't go without. Thank you and would highly recommend.
