From my experience I would commend anyone exploring sustainability investments in household equipment to give them a ring at an early stage in your research. We purchased a Sanden 300l heat pump hot water system and it was installed correctly to work with our existing PV and battery system quickly and seamlessly. All post installation queries were handled really well. Perhaps it is worth mentioning that the extremely exacting and detailed requirements for solarVic subsidy, and the heavy and repeated detailed demands for this were also handled really well although solArVic required several cycles of revisions to do so
provided fantastic strategic economic and environmental advice. I have purchased a few Sanden hot water heat pumps, Daikin air conditioners heat pumps and also the low flow shower heads for several properties and have had a great responses from all of the residents and including myself who have all those products in my house too.... very happy to recommend if you need to have a whole house strategy or get bits and pieces done. Its nice to work with Matthew and get advice from someone who knows the products inside out.

Pure electric is 100% focus on design and support for your Energy, Solar and Battery system. Matthew consulted on upgrade to ensure each old and new PV panels were monitored for individual performance. and designed to get good all year output. Combined with battery storage our system now easily covers our use, and offers home with seamless switch to battery in case of power failure. <br />At time in spring when Grid voltage spikes exceeded maximums, they were great help in dealing with grid supplier, leading to retap of local transformer to reduce street voltage. <br />I would highly recommend Pure Electric in looking at your energy use, generation, storage, and how to best save and help the environment. <br />No better way to invest for saving, and the future of the planet.
