Pure Electric provided a competitive pricing, good communication and installed heat pump hot water system as promised

We installed a Sanden heat pump recently and I can not fault the customer service that was provided by Paul from Pure Electric as well as the contractors who completed the install. No pushy sales, if anything I was the more eager one, whilst Paul recommended I think about it over the weekend!! Paul went the extra mile and was able to help me organise a plumber (late on a Friday afternoon) who could hook up emergency hot water over the weekend so we didn't go without. Thank you and would highly recommend.

No gimmicks or sales pitches on the back of government incentives, just honest advice based on significant industry knowledge and experience and great service even after the installation was complete. Matthew has a passion in reducing our impact on resources and ultimately saving his customers money long term and was happy to take me through all options detailing the benefits or pitfalls. I have now had the pleasure of using Pure Electric and their expertise for the replacement of my hot water service to a Sanden Heat Pump unit (including great water saving shower head alternatives) and more recently the installation a solar system which will not only cater for our power needs but ultimately provide us a return. Both have made a huge difference to our energy and water bills. The installers on both occasions were polite and did a great neat job which was refreshing given I am a bit pedantic

Great job! Very quick and neat installation with all the pipes assembled with insulation sleeves and hi-density plastic covers on all exposed valves and brassware. The company Pure Electric used local Tradies and have had no issues.

Got a Tesla Powerwall 2 installed through Pure Electric and their partner. Great outcome am able to charge at night 11PM and release power during the day which is not the simple standard operation as I have a 72c/kWh Premium Feed-in-Tariff. Guys at Pure Electric nailed it for a solution to suit me. Previously got Sunpower panels installed by them and loving the high production and quality product.

I have now had two great experiences with Pure Electric. They are run by a team of engineers who care about energy efficiency, and your bottom-line (they predicted a ~5 year payback on investment for my dad's solar system, and after 2 years it’s looking to be fairly accurate). They are not like the other businesses I called, who were clearly just salesman with little technical background (I’m an electrical engineer, and know bs when I hear it!). As for price, they were very reasonable. I did find cheaper offers, though those offers came with cheaper / low quality gear (be careful!). From what I could see, pure electric only see good quality inverters (Fronius) and panels (Jinko / Sunpower). Quality always pays. I have recently purchased a methven Kiri shower head (I highly recommend. Same shower experience, for much less water usage), and currently have them lined up for a Sanden HWS install. (will try to update my review when I can)

Matthew, and his team are great to deal with and supply quality products. Our Daikin US7 heat pump is amazing, quiet, efficient and reliable.

Paul and the team were very helpful, listening to what outcomes I wanted, rather than just pushing the option that worked better for the retailer. We have ended up with a great 10kw PV system (no more power bills) for only a little bit more than the 5kw system everyone else was trying to push on me.Our heating cooling for the whole house (reverse cycle units in each space) worked out cheaper than a ducted system and we can easily zone the house.I am very pleased with Pure electric.
