I won’t go into the commercial specifics of our case but we had a serious issue with our Sanden hot water heat pump (which we love due to its efficiency and quietness) and Matt and his crew were not the original installation organisation. We had been told we had few (expensive) options to rectify the issue but on contacting Pure Electric, they immediately advocated to Sanden on our behalf and got them appraised of our situation. Sanden did the right thing by all parties (which is why we would buy again without hesitation) and Pure Electric then organised a local installer. It is a true test of a company’s ethos and culture when they take someone out of the blue that has one of the products they support - and take that person on as though they has been a customer from Day 1. We cannot speak highly enough of that support!
