Standard Sanden Service
Check unit, check connections, check for bugs, vermin and advise customer if pest control required, reverse flush, reverse flush from water pump inlet and outlet connections, inspect water pump, clear computer memory, reset computer.
Recommended to commence maintenance cycle no more than 4 years after original installation and then repeat every 2 years.
Retrofit Reverse Flush Valve Kit
Supply and Installation 1x Reverse Flush Valve Kit
Allows main service item effecting performance of the unit to be done by customer half yearly or yearly along with standard air bleed routine and PTR/ECV check.

What is the noise level of the Sanden Eco® Plus heat pump hot water system?
The unit is rated at 37dB (measured at one metre from the unit), which is almost silent. By comparison, a whisper is around 30dB and the sound of the inside of a Library is approximately 40dB.
