Very happy with install and process from start to finish. Communication was excellent. I was really impressed with John Hooper and also the install team. While it was definitely not a cheap heat pump I feel that I got value for money and it was the best for my application. I'm in the renewable industry myself and was tossing up solar hot water vs heat pump. After talking with John I was reassured that a heat pump was the way to go and with long warranties backing the product I think it was a great decision.
