They know what they're doing!

Everything was explained in detail before installation & they turned up on time to do the installation. They also cleared up after themselves & after discussion put the external part of the heat pump in a less convenient position for them but a more sightly one for me (no extra charge). After everything was in place it was explained how the monitoring worked we are now almost all electric (including car) but in the 6 months since installation have only drawn 107KWH from the grid- & this is over winter
